INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), anticipates soliciting Quotes and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for ProCair Plus Mattress or Equal to delivered to the Martinez VA Medical Center at Martinez CA.


 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A. ProCair Plus Mattresses or Equal


 ADMINISTRATIVE: At least three vendors will be directed contacted in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 (c)(2) This requirement wil be set-aside as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450 Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, with a size standard of 200 Employees. The RFQ will be issued on or around September 16, 2026. Delivery, 30 days after award. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to: jose.hernandez1@va.gov. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
