The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106 to B.E. Meyers & Co. Inc., 9461 Willows Rd NE, Redmond, WA 98052 for MAWL-DA Aiming Laser Devices. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. B.E. Meyers & Co. Inc. is sole manufacturer and service provider for the MAWL-DA aiming laser device that meets the Governments needs pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
