MBE and WBE Subcontractor Procurement for OGS – Replace Elevator at Centralized Services Building

Lanmark Group is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) subcontractors for the replacement of an elevator at the OGS Centralized Services Building located at 1006 35th Avenue, Long Island City, New York. The project, identified by solicitation number 2139124 and contract number Q1971-C, has a performance term of 695 days. All work must be performed in accordance with prevailing wages. The procurement includes specific diversity goals, with a 15 percent goal for MBE, a 15 percent goal for WBE, and a 6 percent goal for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB).
