ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the Marshall County Board of Supervisors Board Room, 107 Market St., Holly Springs, MS 38635 until 9:00 A.M. local time, Friday, September 4th, 2026, and shortly thereafter publicly opened and read for: MC-45 MARSHALL COUNTY AGRICULTURAL CENTER SITE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE MARSHALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS The work consists of site grading of approximately 20 acres for proposed Marshall County Maintenance Shop, including stormwater management, erosion control and permanent grassing for site stabilization. Contract time is 90 Working Days. Contractor shall commence work on or before a date to be stipulated in the Notice to Proceed. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Section 00200 – Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Project Plans and Project Manual may be examined at Elliott & Britt Engineering, P.A., 823 North Lamar Blvd./P.O. Box 308, Oxford, Mississippi 38655. Bid documents are being made available at Elliott & Britt Engineering, P.A. All plan-holders are required to have a valid email address. Bid documents are non-refundable and may be purchased either through Elliott & Britt Engineering, P.A. Official bid documents can be downloaded at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids may be submitted only at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at +1 (555) 000-0000.
