The Marine Corps Installations East (MCI-East) Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for a comprehensive, commercial Waste Management Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The primary objective of this acquisition is to provide reliable, environmentally compliant, and uninterrupted solid waste collection, recycling, and disposal services across designated MCI-East installations and supported facilities.


The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and management required to execute waste management operations. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision and maintenance of collection containers, scheduled and unscheduled refuse removal, and the operation of recycling programs in accordance with applicable Federal, State, local, and Department of War (DoW) environmental regulations.
