The Marine Corps Installations East (MCI-East) Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for a comprehensive, commercial Waste Management Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The primary objective of this acquisition is to provide reliable, environmentally compliant, and uninterrupted solid waste collection, recycling, and disposal services across designated MCI-East installations and supported facilities.
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and management required to execute waste management operations.
