Sealed proposals will be received by: McIntyre Township of Lycoming County PA at 10975 Route 14, Ralston, PA 17763 until 5:00 PM, on August 05, 2024, to be opened on August 05, 2024, at 7:00 PM at McIntyre Township Municipal Building 10975 Route 14, Ralston, PA 17763 for the following Contract: Rock Embankment Contract: Furnish and place approximately 2,000 Ton R-7 Rock; 1,100 SY Geotextile; 1 LS Clearing and Grubbing; 1 LS E & S Control and perform 1,100 CY Class 1 Excavation. Note: A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the project site on July 11, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.
