Dear 8a Contractor: This is a Request for Contract Proposal (RFP) for services to be provided in accordance with the attached performance work statement. The Government intends to award a single contract as a result of this RFP to the offeror that can fulfill all requirements of this RFP and the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
