ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID   Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Lafayette County Board of Supervisors, at the Lafayette County Chancery Building, 300 N. Lamar Blvd., Oxford, MS 38635 until 9:00 A.M, local time, August 13, 2026 and shortly thereafter publicly opened and read aloud for:   MDA SITE DEVELOPMENT GRANT LAFAYETTE COUNTY INDUSTRIAL PARK GRADING & CR 1045 ROAD IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE LAFAYETTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS   The work consists of  approximately 1,200 LF of light linear grading and asphalt paving of existing gravel roadway on County Road No. 1045  and site grading for two lots of approximately 48 acres in the Lafayette County Industrial Park.  Contract time is 90 Working Days. Contractor shall commence work on or before a date to be stipulated in the Notice to Proceed.   Bid preparation will be in accordance with Section 00200 – Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual.  Project Plans and Project Manual may be examined at Elliott & Britt Engineering, P.A., 823 North Lamar Blvd./P.O. Box 308, Oxford, Mississippi 38655.   Bid documents are being made available at Elliott & Britt Engineering, P.A.  All plan-holders are required to have a valid email address.  Bid documents are non-refundable and may be purchased either through Elliott & Britt Engineering, P.A.   Official bid documents can be downloaded at www.centralbidding.com.  Electronic bids may be submitted only at www.centralbidding.com.  For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.    Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained by depositing $105.00 with Elliott & Britt Engineering, P.O. Box 308, Oxford, Mississippi 38655, telephone (662) 234-1763 for each set of documents so obtained.
