DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) is requesting Proposals from Design-Build Teams to design and construct the modernization of the tactical control radar Infrastructure at Canadian Base Forces (CFB) Bagotville, Quebec following a modified design-build approach.
