The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, training, transportation, material, tools, and equipment required to perform nonrecurring preventive maintenance, diagnosing, testing & repair services for mechanical & electrical systems at the Naval Support Activity, Crane IN and Glendora Test Facility (GTF), Sullivan, IN The Contractor shall maintain all its materials and equipment in a good working and serviceable order and perform the services.The Contractor shall be responsible for diagnosing, testing, and repairing HVACsystems, HVAC controls systems, VRF systems, fire alarm systems, aircompressors, generators, and electrical systems to a standard that preventsdeterioration beyond that which results from normal wear and tear and corrects deficiencies in a timely manner to assure full life expectancy of the facilities,systems, and equipment. Best commercial practices shall be applied in theperformance of work. All work shall be completed per approved and acceptedindustry and equipment manufacturers' and Navy standards and shall complywith building and safety codes, applicable activity, local, state, and federalregulations. All work shall be performed by HVAC mechanics, controlst echnicians, pipefitters, mechanics, and electricians specifically qualified andtrained to work on HVAC, HVAC controls, VRF systems, fire alarm systemcontrols, air compressors, generators, and electrical systems. All orders will be issued electronically. The contract contains a one-time guaranteed minimum of $2,500.00 and an overall maximum of $3,000,000.00 or 60 months, whichever comes first. A task order in the amount of $2,500.00 for the guaranteed minimum will be issued simultaneously with this award.
