01 April 2019 Attached as part of Amendment 0001 are the answers to the questions received. The due date for quotes remains unchanged. 20 March 2019 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) The solicitation number is 95332419Q0042. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). (ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 (effective January 22, 2019). (iii) This solicitation is not a set aside. (iv) Contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure are included in the solicitation. (v) The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) requires a contractor to provide media monitoring services, and a news clips service to ensure that MCC staff can quickly access critical and current news and media involving MCC, MCC's partner countries, key stakeholders and Congress. (vi) Dates and places of delivery are included in the solicitation document. Acceptance is at the Government location and all deliveries are FOB destination. (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial applies to this acquisition. Addenda are included in the solicitation. (viii) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following evaluation criteria are hereby included in paragraph (a) of the provision: A.
