Scope: The City of Carson (“City”) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide professional landscape management for City medians as detailed in the Project Scope and Specifications. Due to high levels of disrepair, and the City’s need to have both geographic areas addressed concurrently, the medians are split into four separate quadrants: A, B, C, and D. Refer to Appendix A – Project Maps and Locations for additional details.
Interested contractors should submit separate bids for each respective Quadrant they wish to be considered for. Interested contractors are not required to submit bids for both service areas. If interested contractors wish to be considered for all quadrants, contractors are expected to be able to service each region concurrently and with no interruptions based on volume.
The City intends to award one or multiple contracts to best meet the needs of each Quadrant.
