Government is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the capability to provide the medical equipment listed in the attached Price-Cost Schedule. Contractors that can provide the items that meet the salient characteristic requirements listed are requested to send their 1. Company Name, address, email address; 2. Website and telephone number; 3. If the item(s) are available on a FSS contract or not and the FSS contract number if it is available on contract. Any information received from a contractor in response to this Sources Sought may be used in creating a solicitation. Any information received which is marked with a statement, such as "proprietary" or "confidential," intended to restrict distribution will not be distributed outside of the Government, except as required by law. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Contractors offering on potential "equal" products are encouraged to email full information to the email address given below.
