The Passaic Public School District is seeking proposals from licensed physicians in the State of New Jersey in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:40-1 to provide services as Medical Inspector for Students: Non-Athletic & Athletic Pre-Participation Physicals for Sports Programs for the district. The Medical Inspector for Students: Non-Athletic & Athletic Pre-Participation Physicals for Sports Programs shall provide any or all services that are required by law and in accordance with Board of Education policy. The following attachment is provided as a guide to better understand the requirements of the position of Medical Inspector for Students Non-Athletic and Athletic Pre-participation Physicals for PHS, PASE, Passaic Prep and Elementary Sports Program.
