Medical Isolation Room Remodel

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Correction, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on February 4, 2025, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Wyoming Women’s Center (WWC) Medical Isolation Room Remodel, located at Lusk, Wyoming. This project will consist of the remodel and upgrade of the Medical Isolation Room at the Wyoming Women’s Center in Lusk, Wyoming. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 starting at Wyoming Women’s Center, 1000 W. Griffith, Lusk, WY, 82225. Bid documents are available by downloading from www.publicpurchase.com. Questions: All questions pertaining to this request must be submitted online through the Public Purchase website no later than 10:00 a.m. on January 13, 2025 . Each question should be submitted individually. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 10:00 a.m. MT on January 23, 2025. Questions received after 10:00 a.m., January 13, 2025, will not be addressed. It is the contractor's responsibility to check Public Purchase for addenda or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. It is the contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Note: All bids must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. Only bids submitted electronically through Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase shall be accepted. Incomplete submittals shall be rejected. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. February 4, 2025 .
