Medicare Fee-For-Service Corrective Action Strategic Analysis (CASA)

Respondents must demonstrate proven experience in Medicare FFS claims data analysis, improper payment identification, Corrective Action Plan development, and coordination within the federal healthcare integrity ecosystem, with a minimum of $2.5 million in relevant federal contract value within the last six years. Performance is expected to occur in St. James, Maryland, with a potential contract period spanning 2026 to 2028, though no award is guaranteed from this solicitation. Submissions must include a 15-page capability narrative and a separate Structured Capability Response Matrix detailing past performance with specific metrics, including contract value, period of performance, prime/subcontractor role, systems used, and verifiable points of contact.
