Medline — Medical-surgical supplies and equipment

Master Agreement 090925 is a cooperative purchasing contract between Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative, and Medline Industries, LP and Medline Canada, Corporation. The agreement establishes a solutions-based procurement framework for medical-surgical supplies and equipment, including pharmaceuticals, emergency preparedness products, and related health technology. This contract is designed for use by thousands of participating entities, including governmental, educational, nonprofit, and tribal agencies across the United States and Canada. The initial term is four years, effective from approximately October 2, 2025, to October 1, 2029, with potential extensions up to seven years. The total estimated contract value is 240 million Canadian dollars. Under the terms of the agreement, Medline provides a minimum discount floor of 30 percent off list prices for Medline Brand Products and 25 percent for non-Medline national brand products. Shipping terms include a 350 dollar minimum order requirement and a standard lead time of two days after receipt of order, including Alaska and Hawaii. The contract was awarded based on a trade-off evaluation process that prioritized pricing, the depth and breadth of offered solutions, and the ability to deliver across a wide geographic reach. Participating entities are responsible for the final inspection and acceptance of goods at their respective locations to ensure equipment is fully operational upon delivery.
