P. O. Box 2558 Starkville, Mississippi 39760-2558 Telephone (662) 324-5658 Official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.
SUBMITTAL OF SEALED BIDS: Each bid must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions to bidders which are bound in the Materialman’s Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Sealed bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside as “BID ENCLOSED”, and addressed to: Attn: Jamie E. Morgan, City Clerk City of Amory 109 South Front Street Amory, Mississippi 38821 SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in “pdf” format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids.
