Methylphenidate ER

Solicitation SPE2D2-26-R-0013 is a firm-fixed-price requirements contract issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Medical Supply Chain for the procurement of Methylphenidate ER tablets. The contract covers four different strengths: 18 MG, 27 MG, 36 MG, and 54 MG, all to be supplied in 100 count bottles. The agreement consists of a one year base period with four option years, for a maximum potential term of five years. Deliveries are designated as FOB Destination and must be made to prime vendors within 15 calendar days after receipt of order for use by medical treatment facilities and other eligible beneficiaries. To be considered for award, offerors must be determined overall acceptable based on technical requirements and past performance, with the final award granted to the lowest evaluated aggregate price. Products must be FDA approved with a Therapeutic Equivalence Code of A, or provide bioequivalence data if B rated. Strict packaging standards are required, including child proof closures, a minimum bottle volume of 100cc, and bar code labeling conforming to GS1-128 or HIBC standards. Proposals must be submitted electronically via DIBBS in two volumes, a non-price proposal and a price proposal, by the extended deadline of November 6, 2026.
