A requirement exists for the procurement of various aircraft spare parts used on the United States Coast Guard, Short Range Recovery (SRR), MH-65E Aircraft. The purposes of these spares are to support the continued maintenance of the Fleet and the Programmed Depot Maintenance Line. The spares contained in the up-coming Schedule are all coded Acquisition Method Code “1C” meaning all the parts requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Therefore, the SRR Product Line intends to procure, on a brand name basis.
