United States Coast Guard (USCG) Business Operations Division (BOD) Support Services

The United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center’s Business Operations Division requires support services to ensure the continued efficiency and effectiveness of its centralized logistics operations for all USCG aviation missions. This effort encompasses depot-level maintenance, engineering, supply chain management, procurement, acquisition, and information services delivered through five integrated teams: the Contracting Officer’s Representative Team, Logistics Support Team, Production Planning Team, Development Team, and Business Process Management Team. These teams operate under the leadership of the BOD Chief and Deputy to coordinate cross-functional activities that advance mission-critical outcomes, enhance business systems, and execute organization-wide process improvements. The services needed include technical assistance, logistical coordination, training, facilitation, and system support tailored to sustain and optimize the ALC’s operational capabilities. This requirement will be executed under the DHS Strategic Sourcing OASIS+ contract and is set aside exclusively for 8(a) small businesses, reflecting the agency’s commitment to fostering economic opportunity among qualified disadvantaged firms. The primary place of performance is Elizabeth City, North Carolina, where the ALC’s industrial complex is located.
