SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to MICROSEMI. This is requirement for the purchase of the following: ITEM: 0001 QTY: 3 EACH 4310B CESIUM CLOCKS QTY: 3 EACH INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: DESTNATION/ FOB: DESTINATION This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Should any vendor express an interest in this request or believe that they are capable of quoting please note questions by phone or fax will not be considered. This is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 334519 and the standard size is 500 (number of employees).
