The Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency is moving forward with the implementation of the right of way (ROW) infrastructure adopted in the Midtown Master Plan (2022) unanimously adopted by Governing Body. The Midtown Redevelopment site is located in the geographic center of Santa Fe and the horizontal infrastructure entails the implementation and installation of right of way infrastructure including roadways, utilities, sidewalks, innovative green stormwater infrastructure (GSI), landscaping and affiliated irrigation. This infrastructure and utility package was designed by Wilson & Company consultants in collaboration with the City of Santa Fe Public Works Department, Parks and Recreation Division, the Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency, and proposed developers.
