Work is divided across three specific locations. At the South Shore Entrance, the project includes excavating six concrete footings to construct a 20-foot wide redwood framed hexagonal ramada with a metal standing seam roof and a centrally located ADA-compliant bilingual interpretive panel. At the Grange Grove Day Use Area, the existing metal kiosk and concrete pad will be replaced with a larger concrete pad and a new ADA-compliant bilingual panel oriented toward lake views. Finally, at the Group Camp Campground, the existing redwood kiosk and concrete pad will be removed and replaced with a new concrete pad featuring a 6-inch curb and a new ADA-compliant bilingual interpretive panel.
