Request for Proposal No. PC24-039 Millville US98B FDOT Beautification July 16, 2024 The City of Panama City Community Redevelopment Agency located in Bay County, Florida (“CRA”) in partnership with the City of Panama City (“City”), Florida, a Florida municipal corporation located in Bay County, Florida requests proposals from responsible and responsive firms to provide landscape design and related landscaping services (“Landscaping Services”) for the Millville US98B FDOT Beautification Project (“Project”) from Watson Bayou to east of Bay Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401. The Landscaping Services may include, but are not limited to, landscape design, landscape construction, landscape construction management, and landscape maintenance for the Project area. The CRA may select a proposer to enter into negotiations for the Landscaping Services for this project and proposers must demonstrate the requisite knowledge, experience, technical expertise, organizational and financial capability to perform the services requested under this RFP and to implement the plan of landscaping development accepted by the CRA. No reimbursement will be made by the CRA for any costs associated with providing a proposal or for providing additional information as a result of requests for more information or as a result of negotiations. Proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened in City Hall, Lower Level, Room 010, located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2:30 pm CT on Friday, July 26, 2024, at City Hall, Lower Level, Room 010 located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is encouraged but not required. To request a copy of the RFP in its entirety and associated appendices, please email the Purchasing Division at contact@example.gov. Addenda, if any will be posted on the City’s website City’s website https://www.panamacity.gov/bids.aspx and on the City’s Bonfire Portal https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities.
