Notice is hereby given that the Municipality of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania is soliciting sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of winter maintenance materials for the 2026–2027 season. The project shall be described as: 2026 Road Salt - Sodium Chloride Full specifications, and bidding documents for the project may be viewed on the Municipality of Bethel Park's website at www.bethelparkpa.gov and obtained at no cost via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. All proposals must be submitted electronically via PennBid on or before Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time. At that time, Bids will be opened with results publicly displayed on PennBid. No hard copy Bids will be accepted. Bids may be held by the Municipality of Bethel Park for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. The Municipality of Bethel Park will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids. All questions must be made in writing through PennBid's public Q&A forum for this project. OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED: The Municipality of Bethel Park, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any and all Bids submitted for the project and to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Owner. STATEMENT OF NON-COLLUSION: Bidders on the Contract are required to execute a non-collusion bidding certificate.
