Minor Modification – PSP 26-026 to PSP 07-088

This project involves a minor modification, identified as PSP 26-026, to Special Use Permit No. PSP 07-088, which was originally approved by the Tulare County Planning Commission in 2009. The modification updates the site plan for an Assemblages of People use on an 8.0-acre portion of a 300-acre parcel located in the Foothill Agricultural Zone at 32755 Reservation Road in Tulare County, California. The primary objective is to establish a multipurpose rodeo and event area for the benefit of the Tule River Tribe of California.
