Special Use Permit No. PSP 07-088 was approved by the Tulare County Planning Commission on April 8, 2009, as resolution no. 8432 and recorded on April 4, 2013, as Document No. 2013-0021368, which established an Assemblages of People, that allowed for eight (8) events per year, on a 8.0-acre portion of a 300-acre parcel in the AF (Foothill Agricultural) Zone. The requested minor modification to Special Use Permit No. PSP 07-088 is to update the site plan to include a multipurpose rodeo and event area. The site will consist of a 31,900 sqft open riding area, 450 sqft roof cover announcer stand, 8,000 sqft covered bleacher area, 2,100 sqft restrooms with showers, parking lot with 230 spaces and a trailer parking area with 16 spaces. The beneficiaries of the Project would be the Tule River Tribe of California.
