NOTICE DATE: FEBRUARY 13, 2014 Notice Type: Pre-solicitation NAICS: 336611 - SHIP BUILDING AND REPAIRING Contracting Office: Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Regional Acquisition, 200 Granby Street, Suite 815, Norfolk, VA 23510 The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Regional Acquisition, Norfolk, VA on behalf of Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) is soliciting a requirement to perform the miscellaneous dockside repairs aboard the NOAA Ship Oregon II, Pascagoula, MS. Provide all labor, material and equipment in accordance with the attached Statements of Work. This RFQ is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns.
