Miscellaneous Roof Repairs Multiple Buildings

This solicitation FA6648-18-R-0016 is being issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). This solicitation with the incorporated provisions and documents are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. The Department of the Air Force, 482nd Homestead ARB, FL has a requirement for roof repairs throughout multiple buildings. This requirement includes: meeting all specifications in the Statement of Work Statement (SOW) and the Special Standards of Responsibility (SSR). The roof repairs shall be completed in a manner consistent with industry standard practices using materials that are specifically intended by the manufacturer to be used for roof repairs. Period of Performance is contingent upon award date. We anticipate a single award contract based on Total Evaluated Price (TEP). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 238160 and the small business size standard is $15 M. A Firm-Fixed Price contract will be awarded for this solicitation. Offerors are required to be registered in Systems for Awards Management (SAM) to receive an award. The solicitation will be made available only on the FedBizOps website. Paper copies will not be available. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the interested parties' responsibility to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to the solicitation. A site visit will be scheduled for 21 June 2018 beginning at 9:30am (EST). There shall be no more than two registered parties per contractor. Attendance at the site visit is encouraged. A cost breakdown for each Contract Line Item (CLIN) in section (B) is requested with proposal. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond will be required prior to issuance of notice to proceed. Prospective offerors are required to provide estimated time frames for completion of project with proposal. Notice: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date.
