Santé Québec Estrie - Centre hospitalier universitaire de Sherbrooke amorce la réalisation de deux projets de mise à niveau de ses unités de soins de courte durée. Ces deux projets seront indépendants l’un de l’autre, tant pour la gestion de projets, pour le contrat et pour l’échéancier. Ces deux projets toucheront tous les unités de soins de l’hôpital Fleurimont à l’exception des soins critiques et des soins coronariens. Pour les deux projets, les travaux de mise à niveau seront réalisés par phases, permettant ainsi Santé Québec Estrie - Centre hospitalier universitaire de Sherbrooke de maintenir ses activités de soins de courte durée durant toute la durée des deux projets. Ces deux projets de mise à niveau feront l’objet d’appels d’offre de construction distincts. • Le projet 1 est la mise à niveau des services de cancérologie qui sera réalisera en deux lots sous un même appel d’offre de construction. o Le lot 1 est la mise à niveau de l’unité soins 5A et 5B de l’Hôpital Fleurimont pour le déménagement de l’unité de soins de cancérologie. Le 5A et le 5B étaient occupés, jusqu’à tout récemment, par les services de la maternité et de la néonatologie. o Le lot 2 est le réaménagement de l’unité de soins 7C, qui sera libéré au lot 1, pour les services ambulatoires de la cancérologie et pour les cliniques externes des infirmières en pratique spécialisée (IPS). • Le projet 2 est la mise à niveau de chacun des étages de soins de courte durée (USCD) de l’Hôpital Fleurimont. Pour réaliser ce projet, les USCD seront relocalisé temporairement sur une autre unité de soins pour permettre la réalisation des travaux. La logistique de la réalisation des travaux sera à développer, mais l’analyse préliminaire du projet prévoit huit lots de travaux. Les unités de soins touchés sont les suivantes : 4A, 4B, 5C, 6A, 6B, 6C,
