The RFS, Mission Engineering Automation Testbed (MEAT), opportunity has been issued as part of the Strategic & Spectrum Missions Advanced Resilient Trust Systems (S2MARTS) consortium managed by National Security Technology Accelerator (NSTXL) and administered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division.
