Mission Planning Support Contract - 12 Months

This effort, if pursued, will be awarded with a three (3) month basic period of performance and, if necessary, three (3) option periods consisting of three (3) months each. The option periods are for contingency purposes only and will not be exercised if the Government has support under the MPSC II contract (FA8217-09-R-MPSC). The Government's intent is to minimize the gap coverage required between the current MPSC contract and the MPSC II follow-on effort. In order to be determined capable, interested offerors will have to clearly demonstrate the ability to provide all of the services as required in the sources sought synopsis as well as this clarification, to include having all employee security clearances (up to and including TS/SCI) current at the start of the period of performance. Offerors must also demonstrate the ability to provide service in approximately 162 locations to include CONUS, OCONUS and contingency locations, at the start of the period of performance.
