The Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) requires a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to obtain commercial rental equipment, incidental purchase items, delivery, setup, operational support, emergency evacuation logistics support, lodging coordination, and recovery services in support of National Special Security Events (NSSEs) and other contingency driven special events. The objective is to establish multiple qualified sources that provide rapid access to local commercial vendors capable of supporting short notice, high visibility, and mission essential event operations at government facilities and temporary event locations.
