These replenishment spares, identified by NSN 1370-01-658-5870, are designed for use in various aircraft countermeasure dispensing sets and general purpose dispensers. The flares feature an aluminum case measuring approximately 1x2x8 inches with a gross weight of 0.92 lbs. This effort is being used to determine the acquisition strategy and evaluate if the requirement can be set aside for small businesses, specifically targeting 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned concerns under NAICS code 325920.
