The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head, MD 20640, intends to award a sole-source contract to Foster-Miller for the procurement of depot level repair services, including maintenance, quality assurance, metrics tracking and reporting, Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) data entry, implementation of Government approved Configuration Management changes, and Engineering Enhancements for the MK 2 Transportable Robotic System (MTRS) Series. The proposed contract N00174-15-D-0002 will only be negotiated with Foster-Miller located at 350 Second Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451-1104 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. It is anticipated that the award will be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract. It is anticipated the contract will be awarded no later than April 2014.
