The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award an order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) (N00024-23-G-5320) to fulfill MK 46 MOD 2 Gun Weapon System (GWS) Spares requirements to General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS), Sterling Heights, MI. 


This order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1. GDLS is the only known source possessing the requisite knowledge and ability to satisfy the Government’s MK 46 requirements within the required schedule.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to fulfill the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capacity statement no later than the closing time of this notice.
