Full Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award an order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) (N00024-23-G-5320) to fulfill MK 46 MOD 2 Gun Weapon System (GWS) Spares requirements to General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS), Sterling Heights, MI.
This order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1. GDLS is the only known source possessing the requisite knowledge and ability to satisfy the Government’s MK 46 requirements within the required schedule.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to fulfill the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capacity statement no later than the closing time of this notice. Any submissions will not be reimbursed by the Government – the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to solicit from more than one source is solely within the discretion of the Government.
