S--MN - Rice Lake NWR - BPA for Road Grading and Snow

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for routine road grading and snow removal services at the Rice Lake National Wildlife Refuge in McGregor, Minnesota. The period of performance is established from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031.
