Procure 5 modern and capable Mobile Communication Vans that will provide accurate and timely information for CBP to be able to take control of emerging crisis and move forward to execute a plan to address the emergency present, be it a natural disaster, national emergency, or national security efforts. The Government intends on procuring MCVs that are reliable, mobile, and agile in austere environments, and capable of full interoperability with the existing CBP communications and video systems.
