Mobile Offices i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation FA4877-19-Q-0392 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 effective 12 June 2019. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DPN 20190628 effective 28 June 2019. The AFFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to AFAC 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. This is full and open requirement. Small and large business are welcomed. iv. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: a. CLIN 0001 - Mobile Offices Rental - QTY: 1 - Unit of Measure: Bundle v. One bundle includes 7 each 8' x 40' Open Bay Office connex, one each 8' x 40' Split (Office/Storage) connex, one each 8' x 40' Storage connex and two each 10' x 25' Open Bay Office connex rental. Please see attachment "mobile offices" for generator specs. vi. They must be fully delivered and set up NLT 1 Aug 19 and will be picked up 28 Aug 19. The company must provide all transportation, delivery, set-up and installation, disassembly and removal as well as required servicing, to include but not limited to, any and all scheduled and emergency maintenance required to ensure these connexes remain operational for the allotted time. In addition, replacement units must be available if units can't be repaired. 3 keys per office will be required, and the ability to create/deliver more upon request. All generators pick-up and delivery must be coordinated with the designated Government point of contact. vii. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror's capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product or service. viii. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Questions are due by 29 July 2019, 08:00 AM. (NO questions will be considered after the questions due date.)
