The Lincoln VARO, VR&E Service, requires the delivery of a single, fully integrated, fully operational, and safe Mobile SPF Application System ("the System") in support of an approved VR&E self-employment services plan authorized under 38 U.S.C. Chapter 31. The Contractor shall furnish all additional equipment and materials, and shall perform the integration, configuration, testing, commissioning (if applicable), training, and documentation services necessary to transform the Veteran-furnished trailer and previously acquired equipment into a turnkey, ready-to-work end item.
