NOTICE OF INTENT A redacted Single Source Justification is included with this notice. This is a notice that the Government intends to award a Single Source contract to Tower Solutions, LLC. The contract is for the repair of (1) PTM-100-80 Mobile Telecommunication Tower. Delivery of the unit will be to Creech AFB, NV. The solicitation is not competitive and will be a Single Source Award. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, vendors believing that they can provide equal or better service may submit in writing a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the service required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
