Full Description

The purpose of this RFI is to assess alternative options to perform the Modeling, Simulation, and Integration (MS&I) work at a multi-level security environment currently performed at the facility. In order to be considered a facility must be capable of performing high fidelity virtual real-time simulations, with both manned and digital simulations, across multiple scenario environments supporting Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) objectives. At this facility, MS&I activities are coordinated by a Government sponsor. The capabilities at the facility must allow the Department of Defense (DoD) to assess current and future kill-chain architectures for IAMD. A contractor would assist Government sponsored events in planning, implementing, and execution in this security environment to support the classified MS&I development and demonstration activity. It is imperative that solutions enable each event to be held in one centralized location - decentralized/federated/geographically separated solutions will not be considered.

Request for Information - Multi-X Security (MXS) Platform Operations and Maintenance
Solicitation # FA205727Q1001
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is seeking information from capable companies to provide operations, maintenance, and continuous modernization for the Multi-X Security (MXS) Platform. This cloud-native, multi-tenant platform is designed to support secure information sharing and software development across various security levels, including Unclassified, Secret, Top Secret, and Special Access Program (SAP) environments. The scope of work involves 24/7/365 system availability, management of containerized infrastructure like Kubernetes, sustainment of DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, and the provision of tiered technical support for tenant onboarding and incident management. Key requirements include maintaining a rigorous cybersecurity posture compliant with DoD and Intelligence Community directives, specifically sustaining Risk Management Framework authorizations. Prospective contractors must demonstrate experience with Protection Level 3 multi-level access controls and the ability to provide personnel with active Top Secret clearances and access to SCI and SAP within 30 days of award. Additionally, the contractor must possess or maintain accredited Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) or Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs). This request for information is for market research purposes to help the government develop its acquisition strategy and evaluate industry capabilities.

Research and Development (R&D) for Next Generation Aircraft Protection Technologies
Solicitation # FA2057-26-S-C001
The Department of the Air Force, through AFLCMC/HNJW, is seeking innovative solutions for the Research and Development of Next Generation Aircraft Protection Technologies under solicitation FA2057-26-S-C001. This effort aims to develop a modular, upgradable aircraft protection system based on open architecture standards, specifically focusing on four areas of interest: System Architecture, Modeling and Simulation; the Detect Layer (Sensing); the Decide Layer (Processing); and the Defeat Layer (Countermeasures and Effectors). The government is interested in advanced sensor technologies, high-performance processing hardware and software, and both kinetic and non-kinetic countermeasures, including directed energy. All submissions must demonstrate compliance or provide a roadmap for compliance with the Agile Mission Suite Government Reference Architecture. This is a two-step closed Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) open to all qualified vendors, including traditional and nontraditional defense contractors, small businesses, and research institutions. The process begins with a white paper submission, followed by a full proposal if requested. Proposals must include a Contractor Statement of Work not exceeding 10 pages, structured into base period tasks for technology feasibility and option tasks for design, fabrication, testing, and evaluation. Because the CSO contains Controlled Unclassified Information, vendors must have current NIST assessments uploaded to the Supplier Performance Risk System to gain access to attachments. The solicitation was posted on February 8, 2026, with a response deadline of November 23, 2030.
