The Scope of Services requested includes inspection by Offeror of the City of Kissimmee City Hall elevators #1 and #2, and providing a complete turn-key modernization to ensure the safety and functionality of the elevators at Kissimmee City Hall. This modernization shall include those required operational updates to comply with the requirements of Chapter 399 of the Florida Statutes "Elevator Safety”, and Part 3.10.12 of ASME Al 7.3-2015, “Safety Code for Existing Elevators and Escalators”.
