Modification to existing contract

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a contract modification on a non-competitive basis to Abeo Technical Solutions, 3809 Church Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 to complete additional non-severable work at three locations (Washington, DC area, and two remote locations in Djibouti and Kenya) where AbeoTS has previously developed, installed, tested and demonstrated a unique sensor fusion and decision support system for perimeter security and emergency management. This work is based on implementing additional solutions based on the architecture of the installed systems. The Government intends to procure the above under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, "only one responsible source". This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
