Full Description

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC PACIFIC) intends toaward a sole source cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification to increase thecontract ceiling by $37,000,000 on N66001-08-D-0030, awarded to InnovaSystemsInternational, LLC. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10U.S.C.2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no othersupplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This contract providestasking related to system engineering, system design/development, integration,testing, installation, training, lifecycle maintenance, procurement support,help desk services, management support, and system documentation for theDefense Readiness Reporting System-Navy (DRRS-N). The anticipated period ofperformance will NOT be extended. The current contract will expire 04 February2013. The total labor hour increase for the contract modification is 278,393hours. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS)Code is 541511. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, allinterest and capability statements received within 15 days after date ofpublication of this market survey will be considered by the Government. Adetermination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to thisnotice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information receivedwill normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether toconduct a competitive procurement. Any resulting procurement would be conductedin accordance with FAR Part 15.
