This is a presolicitation notice issued in accordance with FAR Overhaul subpart 5.101, Presolicitation.

Quantity of One (1) Modified 40ft x 8ft  shipping container Name Brand (Conex) or Equal to be delivered to the USDA, APHIS, Wildlife Services Guam Program and installed on a concrete pad with electrical hookup at the WS state office on Guam.

(i) Above is the is the Statement of Work, provided to help prospective quoters make an informed business decision about requesting a copy of the solicitation directly from the Contracting Officer. Requests must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026 at 10:00 am CST. Quotes will be solicited directly from suppliers in accordance with FAR Overhaul subpart 12.201-1(c)(2)


(ii). This acquisition will be conducted using simplified procedures for commercial products and commercial services in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. Award will be made to the responsible vendor that best satisfies the Evaluation Criteria of this presolicitation.


(iii) All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
