MoDOT SL District - Half Ton Quad Cab Pickups Price Quote Request

The Missouri Department of Transportation St. Louis District is requesting price quotes for two half-ton quad cab pickups, to be delivered to 2309 Barrett Station Rd, Ballwin, MO 63021 Bld E, with completion required prior to March 1, 2027. This is a one-time purchase under Missouri’s existing Statewide New Motor Vehicles Qualified Vendor List contracts, and vendors must respond via the MissouriBUYS (Powered by MOVERS) portal to be eligible for award. Each vehicle must meet the requirement of a crew cab style with four doors, and vendors must submit a completed Motor Vehicle Price Quote Request Form along with detailed specifications, a fixed-price quote, and estimated delivery lead time in calendar days after receipt of order. Alternates for the requested line items are permitted, and vendors unable to fulfill all items may respond to individual line items by entering $0 for non-responsive items. All responses must be submitted electronically by the deadline of July 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time, and are sealed upon submission. Vendors must be registered in MissouriBUYS and are required to complete and submit Attachment 6, the Domestic Products Procurement Act (Buy American) Preference Form, providing the point of manufacture for the finished vehicle; this requirement applies only to the final product, not its components. Additional business compliance exhibits must also be completed and returned. Payment terms are Net 45, freight terms are FOB, and all pricing must be in U.S. dollars. Evaluation will use multi-attribute scoring, and failure to meet any mandatory submission requirement, including registration, form completion, or timely filing through MissouriBUYS, will disqualify the response.
