Modular Classrooms Lease Leaseback Construction Services

Union School District is soliciting bids for a lease-leaseback construction project to develop modular classrooms and associated sitework at Alta Vista and Guadalupe Elementary Schools in San Jose, California. The selected firm will provide comprehensive services including constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, and budgeting.
