Modular Data Center (MDC) Phase II The contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the Construction Services for the Modular Data Center (MDC) Phase II project for the Department of State in Washington, DC. The SOW will include site work demolition /clearing and grubbing, clearing and grubbing,site work construction/horizontal construction, utilities (potable water, storm sewer, water,sanitary sewer, storm water management, electrical (underground, high voltage, medium voltage, low voltage)), utilities coordination with commercial power utility, environmental permitting and coordination with the Maryland Department of Environment, site paving, including parking areas, sidewalks, curb and gutter, lot and road construction, roads, physical security fencing, vertical construction (new utility service building) and data, telecommunication and security components. A new commercial power feed is required to support for MDC Phase II and all future phases of the MDC complex. this, and any future, MDC's. The new commercial power feed utility will be provided by the commercial utility (PEPCO) via separate contracts and is being facilitated by DoS by separate contract with the commercial utility provided( PEPCO). The successful contractor will not be responsible for this work, but will be required to coordinate with PEPCO throughout the project.
