This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 12445526Q0024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for MOF-CON ER02- Red Run Repairs. The purpose of this contract is to fix drainage problem areas due to the 2023 May flood event. The project shall consist of removing culverts, install new culverts, construct spec ditches, construct lead off ditches, grade road, and construct head walls as specified in plans.
